Zlumber® products are built to last, but we know life happens. That’s why we offer a hassle-free limited warranty—because peace of mind should come standard.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or degradation from regular use over time.

Warranty Details

If something’s not right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

• Zlumber® Lock™ Corner Frame – Covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Zlumber® Lock™ Strips – These are classified as consumable wear-and-tear. Their lifespan may vary depending on usage, mattress type, and applied tension. Therefore, they are not eligible for returns outside the 30-day returns window. They are not covered under any extended warranty period.
• Other Zlumber® products – Assessed case by case for defects.
