Return Policy

Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return the product, we will be happy to apply a refund provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Amazon 

If you purchased your item from Amazon, please use their system for returns and such. If for any reason you are returning because you were not able to work with our products, we would love the opportunity to help you get better familiar with the product and assist you through any questions and steps.
