Returns: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return the product, we are happy to offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee provided the item is returned in good, resalable condition.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns should be made within 30 days and in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must be in good condition and pass inspection upon arrival at the warehouse before the refund is processed.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Outside 30 Days (Limited Returns)

If 30 days have passed since delivery, returns are generally not accepted.

However, where appropriate and at our discretion, we may still allow a return under the following conditions:

  • The customer may request a return for review.
  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by the customer.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • The item must be returned in a usable and undamaged condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product shows significant wear, has been used beyond reasonable testing, or is not in a condition suitable for resale.

Special Category Note: Lock Strips

Please note that Lock Strips are classified as consumable wear-and-tear items. As such:

  • They are not eligible for returns outside the 30-day window.
  • They are not covered under any extended warranty period.
  • Their lifespan may vary depending on usage, mattress type, and applied tension.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, any approved refunds or exchanges will be processed. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location.
