Brand Protection & Product Authenticity Statement

At Zlumber®, we're committed to protecting our customers from counterfeit, unauthorized, altered, and misleading products. As our brand continues to grow, so do attempts by bad actors to imitate our products, misuse our trademarks and patented products, and falsely represent themselves as authorized sellers.

Our brand protection efforts support consumer protection principles under applicable U.S. law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, and the enforcement of our intellectual property rights under the Lanham Act, U.S. patent laws, copyright laws, and other applicable laws.

Reminders from Zlumber

What can you do?

Shop from trusted sources.

To reduce the risk of receiving counterfeit or unauthorized products, we recommend purchasing Zlumber® products only from:

  • our official website, or
  • our official Amazon store
  • our official Walmart store
  • our official Target store

When shopping online, always:

  • Verify the seller or store information and confirm you're purchasing from Zlumber®
  • Be cautious of unusually low prices or offers that seem too good to be true.
  • Avoid sellers with limited business information, suspicious reviews, or unusual payment requests.
  • Look out for product listings with incorrect logos, branding, images, or descriptions.
  • Check that the product and packaging match official Zlumber® products and include the expected accessories, labels, and instructions.
  • If something doesn't look right before or after your purchase, report it to us using the Brand Protection Report Form below.

Why does it matter?

Buying from unauthorized sellers increases the risk of receiving products that may be:

  • Counterfeit or imitation products.
  • Previously used, returned, refurbished, or altered products sold as new.
  • Missing components or accessories.
  • Manufactured without Zlumber®'s quality standards.
  • Ineligible for warranty coverage, returns, or customer support.

How do I report a suspected counterfeit product?

If something doesn't look right, we'd like to hear about it. If you believe you have received a counterfeit, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious product, please submit a report using the Product Authenticity Report Form.
